The Role
In the role as Customer Success Manager, you will be a key contact for our valued clients in the market. Your mission will be to cultivate strong relationships, understand their unique needs, and guide them in maximizing the value they derive from our deep-tech energy management system. Market focus will be Nordics but also include other European markets in the future.
You will work closely with Head of Business Development and our organization to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Your proactive approach to customer success will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the power industry.
Your key responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, providing comprehensive guidance on platform usage and best practices.
- Identify upsell opportunities, nurture them and communicate needs to Head of Business Development and Product Management.
- Develop and maintain product guides, case studies, and customer success stories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, concerns, and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
- Proactively anticipate, gather, and analyze client feedback to inform product development of potential enhancements.
- Monitor platform usage and performance to ensure an optimal client experience.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and influencing product strategy.
As Customer Success Manager, you will report to CEO based in Iceland. We are currently also recruiting a Head of Business Development and together you will establish an office in Oslo, preferably in a co-working space or similar.
Is this you?
To be successful in this position you have a BS/MS in Business, Engineering, or a related field alternatively longer relevant professional experience. You have at least 3-5 years’ experience working in a customer success or account management role in the SaaS industry, preferably within energy tech. It is a plus if you have knowledge about the energy tech and related industries, with a keen interest in technology and innovation. Meritorious if you also have leadership, digital marketing experience and/or skills in negotiating.
You are fluent written and oral in Norwegian and English. We expect you to have a high degree of digital usage in Microsoft Office and other relevant professional systems.
